Econo-Blend 300
ECONO - BLEND 300 is a uniformly dispersing water miscible tortilla preservative, developed by CHEM-MEX Ind., to be used with preservative feeder systems during the milling process or added to corn flour during processing.

DIRECTIONS
Feed approximately 16 ounces of Econo - Blend 300 per 100 lbs. of cooked corn directly into the corn mill during grinding. The volume of Econo - Blend 300 per 100 lbs. of cooked corn should be adjusted to maintain a final tortilla pH between 4.9-5.2. May also be used with corn flour.
